Overdue Account Policy

We understand that financial difficulties can arise. If you have an outstanding balance, we're happy to work with you to create a flexible payment plan, with a minimum weekly payment of $20 or 10% for larger debts.

Flexible Payment Plans

Repayments must be made on time as agreed upon in the plan.

All future sessions must be paid for on the day of service via direct deposit, EFTPOS, PayPal, or BPAY.

You must maintain our 75% attendance policy for appointments.

Failure to Meet Requirements

If you are unable to make the agreed-upon repayments or follow these requirements, your appointments will be cancelled.

Financial Difficulty and Support

If you're facing financial hardship, we encourage you to talk to your GP about a referral to a mental health care service under the CAREinMIND program. This is a free service for eligible people, and Family Minded is one of the providers.
